Mandatory Vendor Meeting: Friday aug. 12th 9:00am or 6:00pm OCC: 400 S Zang Blvd, Dallas Suite C-59
Setup: Entry into venue by 5:00am, setup by 9:00am
Breakdown: 8:00 pm  
Non-Food Vendor Fee: $350.00 
Premier Vendor Fee: $500.00 (14 Slots available only)

Must provide tent, weights, and/or sandbags

Must provide proof of insurance

Submit high resolution logo (August 5, 2022- Deadline)

For an additional fee of electricity $150.00

-If manufacturing food to give out, manufacturing license needed (August 5, 2022- Deadline)

-Submit high resolution logo (August 5, 2022- Deadline)

-Products for sale. Menu (list and price) (August 5, 2022- Deadline)

-Plates, disposable utensils, and napkins, if applicable

-Business cards, signage, personalized linens, and anything else needed to promote establishment to attendees

-Paperweights or something similar to hold down signage, tent, etc. in case of wind
